Recipe - Mint Cordial

1 cn (14 ounces) sweetened
condensed milk
1 One half cup Whipping cream
1 cup Peppermint schnaps
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Another nice idea is from Friendship Gifts of Good Taste

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Store in an
airtite container in refrigerator. Shake well before serving. Serve
chilled.

Yield: about 4 cups of liqueur

You can give a couple of small wine glasses with this, in a small basket,
with perhaps some homemade candies, chocolates, mints, or cookies. What a
nice gift!
