Recipe - Mint Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 1/3 cup Allpurpose flour
1 One fourth cup Sugar
1/3 cup Unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Dairy sour cream
1/3 cup Butter or margarine, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
One fourth cup Milk
1 cup Mint flavored semisweet
chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 (31/2inch_ large muffin cups.
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large
bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until
blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling One half full.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out
clean.
Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans. Makes 12 jumbo
muffins.
