Recipe - Mins Noodle Kugel

8 ounce Wide noodles
4 ounce Butter or margarine
6 Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Cottage cheese
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Milk
One half cup Golden raisins
One half pound Dried apricots (chopped)
TOPPING
1 cup Corn flake crumbs
1 cup Brown sugar
One fourth cup Butter or margarine melted

Here's a couple of koogle recipes from California Kosher that sounded
different and interesting.
Cook noodles until tender. Drain and add butter (or margarine) and set
aside Beat together: eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and milk. Add
raisins and apricots. Add mixture to noodles. Pour into a greased 8 x 12
baking dish. Mix together topping ingredients. Sprinkle over kugel. Bake
at 350 degrees for one hour. Makes 1012 servings
**to reduce calories and cholesterol you can reduce margarine to 2
Tablespoons, use light sour cream and egg substitutes.
