Recipe - Minnesota Cabbage Rolls

1 pound Ground beef
2 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Cooked rice
16 ounce Tomato sauce
One fourth cup Brown sugar
One fourth pound Ground pork
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 Onion; minced
12 lg Cabbage leaves
One fourth cup Lemon juice or vinegar
Combine meat, salt, pepper, rice, onion and half tomato sauce. Cover
cabbage leaves with boiling water for 4 minutes. Drain. Place portions of
meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf. Roll up, folding ends over.
Place seam down in skillet. Mix remaining tomato sauce with brown sugar and
lemon juice. Pour over rolls. Simmer covered, 1 to 1 One half hours. Baste
often.
