Recipe - Miniature Meat Balls And Sauce Recipe

4 sl DayOld Bread; or more as
required
2 pound Ground Beef
One half cup Mozzarella Cheese; grated
OR
One half cup Romano Cheese; grated
2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley; chopped
One half teaspoon Garlic Salt
One half teaspoon Oregano; crushed
1 teaspoon Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 Recipe Homemade Spaghetti
Sauce (Included), OR
1 Jar (16 Oz) StoreBought
Spaghetti Sauce
Olive Oil

Soak bread in water for 2 or 3 minutes, then squeee out moisture. Combine
bread with remaining ingredients, except spaghetti sauce. Mix well. Form
into about 40 small balls. Brown slowly at medium heat in olive oil or
margarine. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook in sauce 30 minutes over low heat.
