Recipe - Mini Seafood Tostadas

4 ounce Neufchatel cheese; Softened
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoon Fresh lime juice
1 Serrano pepper; Seeded and
chopped
24 Bitesized round tortilla
chips
One half cup Shredded lettuce
24 small Shrimp cooked; shelled &
deveined or
One half cup Chopped crabmeat or
imitation crabmeat
One fourth cup Finely chopped red bell
pepper
1. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, cilantro, lime juice and chile;
blend well.
2. Spread about One half teaspoon cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla chop.
Top each with lettuce, shrimp and bell pepper.
