Recipe - Mini Cheesecakes

3 ounce (Three fourths cup) mozzarella
One fourth cup Parmesan
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Basil
2 English muffins (split)
1 ds Garlic powder

Heat broiler. In small bowl, combine cheeses, oregano & basil; set
aside. Place muffin halves, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet.
Broil 46" from heat for 12 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Sprinkle each with garlic; top with One fourth of cheese mixture. Broil 46"
from heat for 23 minutes.
