Recipe - Mini-Foccacia

1 cn Bread sticks
Olive oil
Mixture of: parmisan
cheese, minced garlic,
oregeno, basil, fresh
peppper
Take rolls and leave them rolled up. Flaten onto the stone. Spread
olive oil over them. Top with mixture. Bake at temp on can until light
brown.
These are quick and people rave over them. I made a BUNCH for a formal
banquet. They went FAST. They're moist enough that even novice food
eaters don't look for the butter.
