Recipe - Mini-Focaccia Rounds

1 pack (11oz) Pillsbury
refrigerated soft
breadsticks
2 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Dried rosemary leaves;
crushed
1 teaspoon Dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon Instant minced onion
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray 15inch Baking Stone with vegetable
oil spray. Remove dough from package. Separate into 8 coils; DO NOT UNROLL
BREADSTICKS. Place coils on Stone. Press each coil into a 4inch circle.
Drizzle with oil. Grate Pannesan cheese using Cheese Grater. In small
bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, rosemary, basil and onion; sprinkle over
dough. Bake 1015 minutes or until golden brown. 8 servings.
