Recipe - Millet - Pressure Cooker

5 cup Water
2 cup Millet
One half teaspoon Salt
To cook reduced quantities: reduce all ingredients proportionately but not
below onefourth.
1. Pour water into cooker. Bring to boil on high heat. Add millet and salt.
Stir.
2. Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on mediumhigh heat. Reduce heat
and cook for 15 minutes.
3. Remove cooker from heat. Allow to cool naturally.
4. Open cooker.
