Recipe - Milk Rolls

1 cup Scalded milk
2 tablespoon Shortening
One fourth cup Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
1 pack Yeast
2 Eggs beaten
3 cup Flour
To milk add shortening, salt and sugar. Dissolve yeast in One half cup warm water
with 1 tsp. sugar and add to milk mixture, add beaten eggs. Add flour and
let rise until very light then shape into rolls and let rise again till
light and bake in 375 oven 20 ~30 minutes.
