Ingredients:
Mile-High Strawberry Pie recipe makes 12 Servings
2 lg Egg Whites
1 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 One fourth cup Crushed Strawberries
One half pt Whipped Cream
1 10" Pie Shell
Beat the egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and berries at high speed with a
mixer for 15 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pile into pie shell. Freeze
