two sections (tips
discarded)
One fourth cup President's Choice Volcano
Salsa
2 tablespoon Durkee's Hot Sauce
2 tablespoon Vietnamese hot chili sauce
(like a ketchup made from
hot chilies)
2 tablespoon Vinegar
Few dashes of Tabasco
These are flame throwers! Keep the beer close by!
Cook the wings anyway you like, deepfry, baked in the oven, BBQ, etc. Make
a coating sauce of the following (for about 30 wing parts Mix the sauce
together well, warm over low heat and toss the wings. Coat thoroughly and
serve.
