Recipe - Midget Meat Loaf

1 pound Ground beef
1/3 cup Catsup
1 Egg
2 tablespoon Milk or water
1/3 cup Dried bread crumbs
2 Envelopes instant onion soup

Combine all ingredients in 8 inch square dish. Shape beef mixture into a
small oval loaf. Cover dish with wax paper. Cook at medium high 10 to 12
minutes. Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
