Recipe - Middle Eastern Tabbouleh

Serve with Lamb
3 cup Cooked instant brown rice
(or homecooked real rice)
2 Tomatoes, seeded and chpped
1 cup Fresh parsley, finely
chopped
1 bn Green onions, finely chopped
One half cup Fresh mint, finely chopped
Three fourths cup KRAFT miracle whip salad
dressing
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
Mix together all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly and
chill for at least 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. Per serving: 235 cal, 4.0 gr
