Ingredients:
Microwave Strawberry Jam recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cup Crushed strawberries
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
Three fourths cup Sugar
One fourth teaspoon Butter
1. Stir together strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and butter in an 8cup
microwavesafe measuring cup.
2. Microwave on 100 percent power for 4 minutes, then stir and continue
to microwave at 100 percent power for 4 minutes. Pour into covered
container, cool and refrigerate.
