Recipe - Microwave Spaghetti Sauce

One half pound Ground beef
One half cup Chopped onion
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 cn (28oz) tomatoes
2 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Oregano
One fourth teaspoon Basil
One fourth teaspoon Ground thyme
Freshly ground pepper to
taste
Crumble beef into 1quart casserole. Add onion and garlic. Cook uncovered
about 6 minutes, stirring to break up meat. Add remaining ingredients
(break up tomatoes with fork or potato masher). Cook, covered, about 15
minutes until mixture is well blended and slightly thickened. Let stand 5
minutes. Serve piping hot over spaghetti. Makes about 2 quarts.
