Recipe - Microwave Popcorn Balls

One half Stick Parkay margarine
1 (10.5oz) Kraft miniature
marshmallows
1 pack (4serving size) JellO
brand gelatin; any flavor
12 cup Popped popcorn
1 cup Peanuts (optional)

COMBINE margarine and marshmallows in large microwavable bowl. Microwave
on HIGH 1One half to 2 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed. Add gelatin;
stir until well blended Pour marshmallow mixture over combined popcorn and
peanuts. Stir to coat well. Shape into balls or other shapes with greased
hands.

MAKES about 2 dozen popcorn balls, Prep time: 10 minutes
