Recipe - Microwave Hard Candy

1 cup Granulated sugar
One half pound Glucose
One half teaspoon Flavoring oil
Food coloring to match
flavor
Use whatever flavored oil you love cherry, cinnamon, apple, banana
Combine sugar and glucose in a 4cup pyrex measuring cup. Cover with
plastic wrap (gently lay plastic wrap over the top of cup); place into
microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and lift off plastic
wrap starting at far corner. Stir mixture. Place a fresh sheet of plastic
wrap over top of cup. Return to microwave and cook on HIGH for an
additional 3 minutes. Remove from microwave, uncover as above. Add food
coloring and flavoring, gently stirring until wellcombined. Funnel into PAM
sprayed hard candy molds (lollipops, etc.).
