Recipe - Mickey Rooneys Fruit Dessert

4 Pineapple rings, chop fine
3 Bananas, cut or sliced up fine
1 Apples, chopped fine
1 Oranges; peeled, cut fine
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 cup Orange juice
2 cup Water
1 Orange rind of
4 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 cup Heavy cream, whipped stiff

Combine pineapple, bananas, apple, and orange. Combine pineapple
juice, orange juice, rind, water and bring to a boil. Using a small
amount of the juice mixture, make the cornstarch into a paste. Stir
into juices. Cook until clear. Cool. Add chopped fruit. Fold heavy
cream into fruit mixture and chill.
