Recipe - Mickey Rooneys Creamy Fruit Dessert

FRUITS
4 Pineapple rings, finely
Chopped
1 Apple, chopped
1 Pear, chopped
1 Orange; peeled, cut into
small Pieces
LIQUIDS
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 cup Orange juice
2 cup Water and the rind of 1,
Orange
4 tablespoon Cornstarch
Water
One half pt Heavy cream

Combine juices and place in a saucepan; bring liquid to a boil. Add
water to cornstarch until it makes a paste. Stir paste into juices.
Cook until clear. Cool. Add chopped fruits. Fold in heavy cream,
whipped stiff, into fruit mixture. Chill before serving.
