Recipe - Mexican Table Salsa

4 Ripe Tomatoes; minced small
1 Red Onion; minced small
3 Jalapeno Chili Peppers;
Minced
One half cup Cilantro; roughly chopped
2 tablespoon Toasted Cumin Seeds
1/3 cup Fresh Lime juice
Salt and Freshly cracked
Pepper to taste
This was in a Mexican Paper courtesy of the New York Times. Its typical of
the Salsa that is put on the table with almost every meal in a restaurant,
here in Acapulco.
Mix it all together and serve
