Recipe - Mexican Stuffed Sausages

12 Thick sausages
Three fourths cup Mild tomato salsa
Three fourths cup Tasty cheese
One half cup Light sour cream
Corn chips and salad; to
serve
Grill or barbecue the sausages for 810 minutes or until cooked through.
Cut the sausages open to butterfly, spoon the salsa on top of each sausage,
top with cheese and grill for 34 minutes. Pile sausages onto plates, top
with sour cream and corn chips. Serve with salad.
