Recipe - Mexican Pork Steaks

4 Pork blade steaks, 3/4"
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Chunky salsa
1/3 cup Water
2 tablespoon Lemon/lime juice
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine
salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer
1012 minutes or until meat is cooked.
