Recipe - Mexican Green Beans

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pound Green beans, trimmed
1 lg Onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 cn RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and
Green Chilies (10 oz)
2 teaspoon Basil
Juice of One half fresh lemon
In a large skillet, saute beans, onion and garlic in hot oil until
beans are tendercrisp. Stir in RO*TEL and basil. Simmer uncovered
for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
