Recipe - Mexican Fresh Tomato Salsa

3 Tomatoes
2 Green onions
1 Lime (juice of)
1 teaspoon Grated lime peel
3 tablespoon Chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
(optional) (other hot
chilies can be used
adjust to taste)

Just got back from a trip to Mexico. Loved the food!! Had a craving for
these but had no recipe so I improvised. Turned out just like I remembered!
Chop tomatoes & green onions and place in a bowl. Add the lime juice, peel
and chopped cilantro. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
Serve with taco chips. Can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
