1 cup Tortilla chips crushed
2 cup Rice cooked
1 cup Kidney beans drained
1 One half pound Fillets cut into 1"
Strips
1 cup Salsa
One half cup Monterey Jack cheese
Shredded
One half cup Onions chopped
3 ounce Tortilla chips for
Serving
Preheat oven at 400. Prepare a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Using half the ingredients at a time, make alternate layers of crushed
tortilla chips, rice, beans, fish strips, salsa, cheese, and onion. Bake
for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
