Recipe - Mexican Cornbread

1 cup Wholewheat flour
1 cup Cornmeal
4 teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Chili powder
One fourth cup Honey
2 teaspoon Egg substitute, dried
mixed with
4 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Applesauce
1/3 cup Water
One fourth cup Onion; chopped fine
One fourth cup Green bell pepper; chopped f
2 tablespoon Pimiento; chopped
3 tablespoon Green chiles; chopped
Recipe by: McDougall Mix dry ingredients together. Mix moise ingredients
together, along with chopped vegetables. Add dry ingredients to wet
ingredients. Mix. Place in lightly oiled or nonstick 8 inch square baking
pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
