Recipe - Mexican Corn Muffin

1 One half cup Corn meal mix (??? see
instructions)
Three fourths cup Sweet milk
One half cup Oil
One half cup Grated cheese (your choice)
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
1 Jar (small) chopped pimentos
One half cup Cream style corn
1 lg Onion; chopped fine
2 Eggs
6 sl Bacon; fried crisp and
crumble fine
2 Pods grated hot peppers
Bake in pan of your choice at 425 degrees until done.
NOTE: Not sure how much corn meal mix to use! The recipe called for "11/2
corn meal mix", did not say if it was 1One half cups or boxes! Assume that is
should be cups(?).
