2 ounce Squares chocolate; grated
One half cup boiling water
2 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Egg; beaten slightly
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Boil chocolate and water 5 minutes; add remaining ingredients. Cook in
double boiler 1 hour, beating at intervals.
