2 cup Cooked Chicken; Cut Up
One fourth cup Dairy Sour Cream
One fourth cup Mayonnaise Or Salad Dressing
One fourth cup Carrot; Finely Chopped
2 tablespoon Cilantro;Fresh,FinelySnipped
2 tablespoon Capers
2 tablespoon Pimentos; Canned, Chopped
2 tablespoon Lime Juice
One half teaspoon Cumin; Ground
One half teaspoon Oregano Leaves; Dried
One fourth cup Onion; Chopped, 1 Small
Lettuce Leaves
1 Avocado; *
Paprika
* Avocado should be peeled and cut into wedges.
Toss all ingredients except lettuce, avocado and paprika. Serve on lettuce
with avocado; sprinkle with paprika.
