Recipe - Mexican Bean Soup

One half pound Ground beef
1 Mediumsized onion; chopped
1 cn (14.5oz) whole tomatoes;
chopped
1 cn (15oz) red Kidney beans
1 cn (7 to 8oz) kernel corn
1 cn (8oz) tomato sauce
2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 One half cup Water
Crushed tortilla chips for
topping (optional)

In a large saucepan, brown beef with onion. Stir in remaining ingredients
and simmer for about 30 minutes. Serve topped with crushed tortilla chips.
Note: (optional) Add One half teaspoon cumin and a few shakes of hot pepper
sauce to heat it up.
