Recipe - Mexican-Style Dressing

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 lg Yellow Onion; peeled & minced
2 tablespoon Garlic; minced
1 Jalapeno; minced
1 pound Chorizo; cut or sliced up
2 Granny Smith Apples; cored &
minced
6 cup Corn Bread Crumbs; 1 /2 inch
One fourth cup Fresh Cilantro; chopped
1 cup Milk
Salt And Pepper To Taste

In large saute pan over medium heat, heat oil until hot. Add the onion and
saute until transparent(about 5 min). Then add the garlic and Jalapeno and
saute for 1 minute(stirring occasionally). Add the sausage and saute for
another 5 minutes, to render out some of the fat. Remove from heat. pour
off fat, and place in medium bowl. Add apples,croutons, and cilantro and
mix well, then add milk, season to taste, and mix well. Put in an oven
proof bowl and bake for 1 One half hrs at 350.
