Recipe - Mexican-Style Creamed Corn

10 ounce Pkg frozen whole kernel Corn
One fourth cup Chopped sweet Red Pepper
One fourth cup Cream Cheese (reduced cal.)
1 tablespoon Skim Milk
One fourth cup Chopped Green Pepper
One fourth cup Chopped Celery
One fourth cup Diced green Chili Peppers
In a medium saucepan combine corn, green pepper, red pepper, celery, and
One half cup water. Cook about 5 minutes or till corn is tender. Drain.
Stir in cream cheese, chili peppers, milk, One fourth teaspoon salt, and dash
pepper. Heat through.
