Mexicali Pasta Toss recipe makes 1 Servings
8 ounce Medium shell macaroni
1 One fourth cup Salsa (I used medium, but I
think I'll try hot next
time)
1 cn (1516 oz.) black beans,
drained
1 pack (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
Cook pasta according to package directions (omitting oil, of course) or to
personal taste. Drain. Mix with other ingredients.
Serves 6 as a side dish.
According to the nutritional information, one serving has 290 calories and
1 gram fat.
