Recipe - Mexicali Chicken

Ingredients:

1 2One half 3Lb BroilerFryer
Chicken, Cut Up
2 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Onion, Chopped
1 Clove Garlic, Medium, Minced
1 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
Three fourths cup Chicken Broth
1 tablespoon Vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Chili Powder
One half cup Light Raisins
One half cup PimentoStuffed Green
Olives, Sliced
1 Green Pepper, Cut In Strips

In skillet, brown chicken in butter; remove chicken. Add onion & garlic to
skillet; cook till lightly browned. Add dash salt & remaining ingredients
except green pepper. Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over all.
Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Add green pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes more.
Serve with rice.

NOTES : I usually add more chili powder to this recipe. A dish I've been
making for years and everyone loves it!
