One half cup Cumin Seed; crushed
One half cup Mesquite Barbecue Seasoning
One fourth cup Dehydrated Minced Garlic
Mix.
Keep covered and refrigerated until ready to use. Spread or pat on just
before cooking or up to 5 hours in advance.
