Recipe - Merry Christmas Cookies

1/3 cup Shortening
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg
2/3 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Lemon flavoring
2 Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Salt

Mix shortening, sugar, egg, honey & flavoring. Stir together flour,
soda & salt; blend in. Chill dough. Heat oven to 375. Roll dough out
1/4" thick. Cut into shapes. Place 1" apart on lightly greased sheet.
Bake 810 minutes. When cool, ice & decorate.
