Recipe - Meringue Tart (Pinch Pie)

3 Egg whites
One half teaspoon Baking Powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Water
1 cup Sugar
Combine all ingredients in bowl of mixer except sugar. Beat at high speed
until stiff, then add the sugar 1 tblsp. at a time. Shape on greased cookie
sheet like nests and bake in 250 oven for one hour or longer.Serve filled
with ice cream and fruit or topping of your choice.
