Recipe - Meringue Icing (Royal Icing)

Ingredients:
Meringue Icing (Royal Icing) recipe makes 6 Servings
4 tablespoon (level) meringue powder
4 cup Sifted icing sugar
One half cup Less
2 teaspoon Water
Combine all ingredients. Beat for 7 to 10 minutes on high speed until the
icing stands in peaks. Keep in tightly covered container and cover with a
damp cloth when container is open and standing for a considerable length of
time.
