2 Boxes of Fettucini noodles
(up to 3)
One fourth teaspoon EV Olive Oil
ALFREDO SAUCE
3 ounce Parmesan(Romano) Cheese
One half cup EV Olive Oil
One half cup Fat Free Sour Cream
2 tablespoon Parsley
One fourth teaspoon White Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Rosemary
One fourth teaspoon Basil
One fourth teaspoon Tarragon
Put water to boil, and when it boils add the noodles. To keep the noodles
from sticking, put in EV Olive Oil, let the pasta boil until it's as firm
or soft as you want it. Drain off the water, and add the Alfredo Sauce.
Alfredo Sauce: Combine the ingredients. For added flavor you may want to
add some Cooking Wine, whatever flavor you like. I have found that adding
the Alfredo Sauce to Spaghetti Sauce makes it a little more lively. Posted
