Ingredients:
Mendenhall Crab Puffs recipe makes 2 Servings
2 cup Flour
3 Carrots
2 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Wesson oil
4 Eggs
One half cup Walnut
2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Cinnamon
ICING
2 Bottles avoset whipping
cream
2 pack Cream cheese
One half cup Powdered sugar

Grate the carrots. Mix with oil. Add dry ingredients plus eggs. Add nuts
and raisins (optional). Cook in pan for 1 hour at 350'F.
Icing: Blend altogether and spread over the cake.
