Recipe - Mem Baileys Ice Cream

4 Eggs
2 tablespoon Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
2 cn Sweetened condensed milk
One half pt Whipping cream
One half ga 2% lowfat milk; or whole
milk
Put all ingredients except milk into mixing bowl. Beat well. Pour into
freezer contaimer. Add milk. Freeze according to freezer instructions.
Yeild: about 3 quarts.
NOTES : If you put the freezer container into your freezer for about 3045
minutes before you start the freezer process it takes only about 20 minutes
of cranking to get a perfect product. Cut the vanilla in half and add fruit
chunks and/or fruit puree for a delicious fruit Ice Cream.
