Recipe - Melon Raita

2 cup Thick, natural yoghurt
Same volume watermelon;
chopped, peeled
1 pn Cumin; ground
1 pn Paprika
1 teaspoon Coriander leaves; chopped
Whisk the yoghurt slightly then add the minced watermelon, the spices and
the coriander leaves. Season with salt and black pepper, finely ground.
Serve chilled.
