Recipe - Mellow Chocolate Frosting

2 cup Conf. sugar; sifted
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/8 teaspoon Salt
3 ounce Unsweetened choc; melted
1/3 cup Milk

Combine ingredients in order given in deep bowl, beating with a rotary egg
beater until well blended.
Place bowl in pan of cracked ice or ice water and continue beating until
of right consistency to spread.
If necessary, add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional milk or cream until of
right consistency to spread. Makes frosting for tops of two 9inch layers.
