Ingredients:

1 pound Ground beef lean
4 Pieces bacon
One half pound Ground pork lean
One half pound Ground veal
1 cup Breadcrumbs fresh whole
Wheat
2 Eggs lightly beaten
One half teaspoon Tomato or V8 juice
One half cup Onion chopped
One half teaspoon Marjoram
One half cup Bell pepper green or red,
Chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Basil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Mix eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, V8 juice, green pepper and seasonings in a
large bowl until well combined. Add meat, One fourth pound at a time, and mix
until combined. Shape into two round loaves and place two strips of bacon
in an X across each. Place on a rack in a roasting pan and bake at 350F for
1 hour. (This is a healthy meatloaf. Calories are reduced by baking loaves
on a rack so the fat runs off!)
