Recipe - Mediterranean Sage Paste (Spieler)

5 Garlic cloves; chopped
2 tablespoon Chopped sage leaves; or more
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
3 tablespoon Extravirgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar OR dry
white wine
1 tablespoon Ouzo; optional
Salt and pepper; to taste
Blend together.
