Recipe - Mediterranean Pilaf

3 cup Chicken broth
1 One half cup Uncooked long grain white
rice
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil (up to 3)
One half cup Seedless golden raisins
One half teaspoon Turmeric
One half teaspoon Curry powder
1 One half tablespoon Soy sauce

In one quart sauce pan brin chicken broth to a boil. In a mixing bowl
combine rice, oil, raisins, turmeric, curry powder and soy sauce. Pour into
chicken broth. cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes or until all liquid
is absorbed and rice is tender.
