Recipe - Mediterranean Pasta Toss

16 ounce Pasta ziti
1/3 cup Oil olive
Peppers, red, lg strips
4 ounce Pepperoni cut or sliced up
Onion, lg chopped
Anchovy fillets drained
And
Garlic cloves, lg minced
Chopped (optional)
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One half cup Olives, ripe, pitted
Sliced
Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. meanwhile, cook and stir red
peppers, onion, garlic and pepper in hot oil until tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients; heat. Toss with pasta.
