1 pack (6.6 oz.) sundried tomato
cous cous
2 cn (5 oz.) chunk breast of
chicken or ham, drained and
flaked
One half cup Cubed mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon Pitted cut or sliced up black olives
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
Prepare couscosu according to package directions. Chill. Toss cous cous
with remaining ingredients. Serve alone or in hollowed tomato. Serves 46.
